Uncertain times and unpredictable changes are hard and cause anxiety to all. One way to cope with your anxiety is to meet a friend. Or if that’s not possible then journaling your thoughts works too. Because journaling is like, in a way, talking to yourself. Positive self-talk helps if you’re grappling with difficult emotions.
So does writing poetry. Here is a short poem (8 syllables and 6 lines) that says every dark night comes to end and a new day must then begin.
The End
The end, before the new begins,
carries the most potent of stings
Every dark night must come to end
For in life, there is no dead end
Daily, inspirations are born
New promises, brings every dawn
